Shipping & Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on the Drops Parfums website are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Areas
- Domestic. We ship across Romania via trusted courier partners.
- International. We currently ship to selected EU countries. Availability may vary by product.
2. Processing Times
- Standard processing. 1–2 business days from order confirmation and successful payment.
- Busy periods. During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
- Order cut-off. Orders confirmed after 13:00 EET are processed the next business day.
- Business days. Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Romania.
3. Delivery Times
- Romania (standard courier). 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- EU (standard courier). 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
- Delivery time estimates begin after the parcel leaves our warehouse.
4. Shipping Fees
- Romania. Flat rate or courier-calculated at checkout.
- EU. Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service.
- Any applicable fees are shown before you complete your purchase.
5. Free Shipping Thresholds
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping based on cart value, destination, or promotions. Eligibility and conditions are displayed on the product or cart page.
6. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.
- Tracking updates may take several hours to appear after the first scan by the courier.
7. Delivery Attempts & Pickup
- Couriers typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, your parcel may be redirected to a local pickup point or returned to us.
- Please monitor tracking and ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
8. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid phone number.
- Address changes can be requested before dispatch. After dispatch, changes may not be possible or may incur courier fees.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.
- Report missing, incorrect, or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel, label, and product(s).
10. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
- Parcels returned due to incomplete address, repeated failed delivery, or refusal may be refunded minus shipping and handling fees, or reshipped at your request (additional charges apply).
11. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
- Pre-order or back-order items ship when available. Your order may ship in one parcel when all items are ready, unless you choose split shipping at checkout if available.
12. Split Shipments
- For orders containing items with different availability, we may ship separately. You will receive a tracking email for each parcel.
13. International Taxes, Duties & Customs
- For deliveries outside Romania, local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.
14. Delivery Delays
- Weather conditions, peak seasons, courier network issues, or force majeure events can cause delays. We will support you and liaise with the courier but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
15. Click & Collect
- If store pickup becomes available, details such as locations, hours, pickup window, and ID requirements will be displayed at checkout.
16. Packaging & Gifts
- Orders are packed securely to protect fragrance products. Gift options may be available at checkout during certain periods.
