Right of Withdrawal

  • You may withdraw from the contract and return products within 14 calendar days from delivery without providing a reason.
  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing via the Contact page or email before the 14-day period ends.

Conditions for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare products unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not accepted.

Return Process

  • To start a return, complete the Return Form in your account or contact customer support with your order number.
  • Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and validate the returned products.
  • If an order is canceled before shipping, the refund is issued within 7 days.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send photos of the product and packaging to speed up the process.
  • We will cover return shipping and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items
